Mulder looked up hopefully. "Yeah?"
Scully nodded and reached into her purse, after some searching she pulled out a small pillbox. "Here. Take two of these and call me in fifteen minutes."
Mulder swallowed the aspirin without a second glance. "Thanks Doc."
Scully tossed her latest file to the side. Almost done, she thought as she glanced up at Mulder. "How you feeling?"
He looked up. "Um… Kind of weird actually. Did you give me muscle relaxants or something?"
Scully furrowed her brow. "No I only have aspirin and…" Scully mouth fell slack and she grabbed for her purse.
"Scully?" Mulder asked with a nervous edge in his voice.
Scully flipped open the pillbox and a hand flew to her mouth as she tried to cover her laughter. "Oh Mulder… I’m so sorry."
"Why? What did I take?" He asked with his full-fledged panic face on.
"I…" She paused and tried to look apologetic but she couldn’t stop chuckling. "I gave you Midol."
"What?! Scully! Those are for woman!"
Scully burst out laughing. "I’m so sorry Mulder. I really am. I didn’t mean to do that. I wasn’t paying attention to which compartment I took the pills out of."
Mulder sat back in his chair and looked pitiful. "Well what’s going to happen to me?"
Scully swallowed some laughs. "Well… Other then your craps, bloating, headache and moodiness going away for four hours nothing." She rested her head in her hands as she laughed uncontrollably.
"I’m glad you find this so funny Scully. Really I’m very glad…"
She bit her lips. "Well Mulder… Maybe this is just what you need. You are awfully moody lately."
He glared at her. "I’m serious Scully."
She took a deep breath and looked at him as straight as she could. "You’ll be fine Mulder. I doubt two will have any… permanent effects. I don’t think it would do anything anyway. Enjoy your time without stiff muscles." She looked away from him just in time for another fit of laughter.
